As Chairman and CEO of AI for EU, Alessio brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise AI, sovereign cloud, data platforms and go-to-market leadership. He is also CEO of Hoplo and formerly served as Chief Growth Officer at Inception42. His career includes executive roles at Oracle, Google Cloud and Microsoft, preceded by more than a decade at IBM in architecture and sales leadership. Earlier, he co-founded Clickcode and conducted graduate research at the University of Bologna.

Khaleeq founded Symanto in Nuremberg in 2010. His background in forensic profiling and market research shaped an approach that combines language, psychology and AI to understand human behaviour. For more than 15 years, he has turned that research into products for organisations.
