As Chairman of AI for EU, Alessio brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise AI, sovereign cloud, data platforms and go-to-market leadership. He is also CEO of Hoplo and formerly served as Chief Growth Officer at Inception42. His career includes executive roles at Oracle, Google Cloud and Microsoft, preceded by more than a decade at IBM in architecture and sales leadership. Earlier, he co-founded Clickcode and conducted graduate research at the University of Bologna.

Khaleeq Aziz is a serial AI entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Symanto, the Human AI company. Over the past 15 years, he has co-founded and served on the boards of more than ten international AI startups, making him one of Germany’s first AI entrepreneurs. His focus is on bridging psychology and artificial intelligence to develop human-centred AI solutions.

At Mirror he leads strategy, partnerships and sales, helping move AI on encrypted data from research into deployable systems.
